1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ThumbnailMe™ (“the Service”), a product of the Viral Thumbnails Community operated by Master in AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Service. You must be at least 18 years of age to use ThumbnailMe™.

2. Description of Service

ThumbnailMe™ is an AI-powered thumbnail generation platform that enables users to create custom video thumbnails by inputting YouTube URLs or uploading reference images, swapping faces with expression cloning, editing text and graphics, removing backgrounds, and exporting high-quality visuals. The Service includes a canvas editor, AI editing tools, and face avatar management.

3. Account Registration

ThumbnailMe™ is developed exclusively for members of the Viral Thumbnails Community on Skool. To use the Service, you must first be an active member of the Viral Thumbnails Community. Upon joining, you will receive an invitation link to create your ThumbnailMe™ account using the same email address associated with your community membership and a password of your choice. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Content Uploads & User Consent

By uploading content to ThumbnailMe™ — including but not limited to photographs, facial images, reference thumbnails, and other visual materials — you acknowledge and consent to the following:

  • We will store and process your uploaded photos, including facial images, solely to generate the outputs you request from the Service — your own thumbnails, your own face cloned with new expressions, transparent PNGs of your own face, your own designs, AI edits and face swaps you initiate, and similar visual results you ask for. We do not use your uploaded photos or facial images to train AI models, build datasets, or for any purpose other than delivering the outputs you have asked for.
  • Your face avatar(s) will be stored persistently in your account so you can reuse them across sessions without re-uploading.
  • You warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any content you upload, including the right to use any likenesses (faces) depicted in your uploads.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of third parties.

5. Content Ownership & License

You retain ownership of the content you create using ThumbnailMe™, including generated thumbnails and edited visuals. By using the Service, you grant Master in AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your uploaded content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Service.

We do not claim ownership over your generated content. You are free to use, distribute, and monetize your generated thumbnails as you see fit, subject to the intellectual property rights of others.

6. Subscriptions & Pricing

6.1 7-Day Starter (Premium)

The 7-day Premium starter is a one-time $7 charge that unlocks 7 days of full Premium access to the app and the Viral Thumbnails Community, including 15 starter credits. A valid payment method is required at signup via Stripe checkout. You can manage or cancel your renewal at any time during the starter period from your account (profile menu → Manage Subscription). Unless cancelled, on day 8 the subscription continues as paid Premium at the applicable rate ($37/month, 100 credits).

6.2 Paid Subscriptions

Premium and VIP subscriptions are billed monthly or annually with automatic renewal. Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time from your account's Manage Subscription (Stripe billing portal), or inside the Viral Thumbnails community on Skool if you joined there; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6.3 Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. No credits or refunds are issued for partial billing periods or unused thumbnail credits. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at [email protected].

6.4 Credits

Credits are consumed when using the Service. Extra features such as portrait face expression cloning, transparent portraits, in-painting editing, AI editor, and background removal are available inside the app. 4K exports are available alongside the default social-media-ready output format that's pre-sized for the platform you're designing for. Unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next billing period.

6.5 Plan Changes & Bonus Credits

Plan changes. When you change plans (Premium ↔ VIP, or move to a different billing cycle), your monthly credit allowance is reset to the new plan's amount on the day of the change. Any unused monthly credits from the previous plan are not transferred. If you downgrade from a paid plan to Standard, your monthly credits are set to zero and your account is paused; bonus credits are not deleted but are frozen (see below).

Bonus credit batches. Bonus credits are tracked as separate batches. Every grant — whether it comes with a yearly subscription, a community reward, or a manual gift from us — has its own 1-year expiration starting from the date it was granted. Adding new bonus credits never extends the expiration of older batches. When you spend credits, your monthly allowance is consumed first; bonus batches are then consumed oldest-expiring first.

Freeze on downgrade to Standard. If you downgrade or your subscription lapses to Standard, your bonus credit batches are frozen — they remain in your account but cannot be spent while you are on Standard. They unfreeze automatically the moment you re-upgrade to a paid plan. Important: the 1-year expiration on each batch keeps counting down even while frozen. Any batch that reaches its expiration during the freeze is permanently lost.

Yearly subscription bonus. Yearly Premium and yearly VIP subscriptions include an additional one-time bonus credit batch (with its own 1-year expiration) added at the start of each new yearly term. The amount of the yearly bonus is shown on your plan page in the app and may change from time to time; the bonus you receive is the amount in effect at the moment your yearly term begins.

6.6 Content Rights, Cloning & User Responsibility

ThumbnailMe™ is designed to help you create your own viral thumbnails in a fast way — without spending hours ending up with mediocre thumbnails that don't move your CTR. The cloning tool gives you a creative starting point you can inspire from, then edit, customize, and design further into your own thumbnail or graphic. The Generate tool is a powerful AI that creates catchy, viral-style thumbnails directly from your prompt — you can also bring in your own face, face expressions, and reference images to make the result truly yours.

Best practice when cloning. When you use a clone or style-reference feature, we recommend treating the source as inspiration: change the text, framing, colors, or styling, and bring in your own face or angle so the final design is uniquely yours. The strongest creators iterate from a clone into something distinctly theirs — that's where ThumbnailMe™ shines, and it's also the safest path for copyright and platform guidelines.

You are responsible for the images you clone, generate, edit, download, and publish using ThumbnailMe™. ThumbnailMe™, the Viral Thumbnails Community, and Master in AI are not responsible or liable for any unlawful, infringing, or defamatory use of the Service's features by you or any third party acting through your account. By using the Service you agree to follow good content principles, applicable copyright and publicity laws, and platform community guidelines (including YouTube's).

6.7 Membership Maintenance

ThumbnailMe™ access is tied to your Viral Thumbnails Community membership. If you cancel or pause your community membership, your ThumbnailMe™ access will be affected accordingly. Extended periods of inactivity in your community membership as a Standard user may result in your app account and community membership being suspended. You are responsible for maintaining an active community membership to retain access to the community.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use ThumbnailMe™ to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Upload or generate content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or promotes violence
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others
  • Create deepfake content intended to deceive, defraud, or harm others
  • Use another person's likeness without their consent
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
  • Disrupt or interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the Service
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or access to it
  • Use the Service for spam, unauthorized advertising, or unsolicited communications
  • Submit prompts or content that AI models may flag as harmful, unsafe, or policy-violating — the underlying AI models detect and reject such content, and repeated attempts may result in account suspension

8. Intellectual Property

The ThumbnailMe™ platform, including its design, features, AI models, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Master in AI. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

AI-generated outputs may vary in quality and accuracy. We do not guarantee specific results from the use of expression cloning, face swapping, or any other AI-powered feature.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Master in AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Master in AI, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your uploaded content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
