2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and encrypted password. Your ThumbnailMe™ account email must match the email associated with your Viral Thumbnails Community membership. This information is necessary to establish, authenticate, and maintain your account.

2.2 Content Uploads & Facial Images

To provide our thumbnail generation service, we collect and process YouTube URLs, uploaded reference images, and user-uploaded facial photographs. By using ThumbnailMe™, you expressly consent to the storage and processing of your uploaded photos, including facial images, for the purpose of generating thumbnails, cloning facial expressions, creating designs, producing transparent PNGs, and other visual outputs as part of the Service.

Your facial images and uploaded content are used solely and exclusively for delivering the specific services you request. We do not use your facial images or content uploads for external model training, marketing, promotional activities, or any purpose unrelated to delivering the Service to you.

2.3 Membership & Subscription Data

ThumbnailMe™ is accessible exclusively through membership in the Viral Thumbnails Community. All payments and subscription management are handled through the Viral Thumbnails Community platform (Skool). We do not directly process or store your payment card information. Your ThumbnailMe™ access tier (Standard, Premium, or VIP) corresponds to your community membership level.

Your subscription tier (Standard / Premium / VIP) and billing cycle are stored in your account record so we know which features and credit allowances apply to you. Subscription-related contractual rules — including how cancellation, lapse, or downgrade affects your access — are described in our Terms of Service.

2.4 Technical & Usage Data

We automatically collect certain technical information including your IP address, device type, browser information, operating system, and usage patterns (pages visited, features used, session duration). This data helps us monitor performance, ensure security, and optimize your experience.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the ThumbnailMe™ service
  • To generate thumbnails, face swaps, expression clones, and other visual outputs you request
  • To store your face avatars so you can reuse them across sessions

4. Data Storage & Retention

Your uploaded content, including facial images and generated thumbnails, is stored securely on cloud infrastructure for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the Service. We retain your data only as long as necessary to maintain your generated content in active accounts or to meet legal obligations.

Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data, uploaded images, and generated content within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with:

  • Third-party service providers who assist in operating the Service (cloud hosting, payment processing, AI processing APIs), bound by contractual obligations to protect your data
  • Legal authorities when required by law, court order, or governmental regulation
